Pen and ink architectural drawing, 29.5 x 17 inches. Between 1893 and 1896 the company spent $500,000 building the sawmill, the railroad, depots at Eureka, Samoa and Arcata, a car shop, a roundhouse and a cookhouse. The John Vance Redwood Lumber Company was purchased by A. B. Hammond in 1900. Very good copy. Some small dark stains.
