Cartoon showing Chester Arthur and cabinet members, wearing nightcaps, sleeping around table, on which are papers, 'no ill-will to anyone,' 'we need no Navy,' 'Indians provided for till summer,' etc. with painting behind Arthur labeled 'Peace at any Price'. First edition (first printing). A near fine copy. Previously folded in half. Slight soiling in margins.
