Leon Spiro was a San Francisco Bay Area poet, critic and translator who created the Star West Library and published The Sausalito-Belvedere Gazette, Star West and Larvae du Golden Gate. When not engaged in literary matters he was a civil engineer for the City of San Francisco. Text in some publications in French and English.
