Leaf 2 with portrait of Stuart by Charles Wilson Peale; leaf 3 with editorial from 1828 New York Evening Post praising Stuart; leaf 4 with details of the proposed publication. Very good copy. Slightly tanned in margins, short closed tear along top edge, small chip missing at lower front leaf corner.
