Three photographs (one duplicate) laid down on canvas (as issued?). Roughly 9-1/4 by 7-1/4 inches. The two views are taken from opposite sides of a small inlet. The mining operation consists of a water-powered conveyor leading to two spinning drums. Water is pumped out of the drum enclosures through a tall pipe. Location and date written in pencil on the verso (back) of one of images. Medium contrast images. Generally very good. One of the duplicate images with creasing to one corner. [JSP02].
