6 sheets. Rancho San Miguel was a 4443 acre Mexican Land Grant in present-day San Francisco given to Jose de Jesus Noe in 1845. Adolph Sutro purchased the northwesterly portion of the rancho in 1880. The real estate tax sheets are for 6 parcels totalling 1246+ acres, with each parcel described 'commencing...then runs,' etc. Sheets measure 12 x 10.5 inches. All sheets are very good plus. The first sheet has been cut horizontally below the entered data, the other sheets are complete sheets.
