He suggested that the traditional 'drawing' rooms should become 'living' or 'sitting' rooms with comfortable furnishings, He also suggested the use of linoleum rather than parquet or carpets for floor covering. Later printing. A very good copy in tan paper over boards and cloth covers with black lettering on spine. Spine slightly tanned. Minor edge wear. No dust jacket.
