'Jacob Shaffer Snr....hath requested to take up four hundred acres of land adjoining land this day granted to Jno. Shaffer in the south in Woodbury To(wnship) in the county of Huntington. Recorded 'tenth day of April in the year 1794'. This is a copy of the original, completed in the Surveyor General's Office in Harrisburg, the 'tenth day of April, 1853'. Signed by J. Porter Brawley, by Tho. J Rohner (?). State seal embossed upper left. Previously folded into quarters. Some staining to document.
