Autograph blue sheet folded, 8.75 x 11 inches when folded, with detailed description of the 29.24 acre plot of land. 'Beginning at a point on the northerly side of Richmond avenue which it intersects the westerly line of land now or late belonging to ____ Livingston, therein along the northerly line of said avenue...to the easterly side of the Road known as the Fingerboard Road, thence along said road...to lands now or late belonging to John Flake, then along said Flake's line...to Fingerboard road thence along said road, thence..., thence..., thence...thence...thence...thence to lands of w. Fountain's, thence along said Fountain's line...to land now or late of ____ Ganetson's, thence along said Ganetson's line...to lands of ___ Livingston, thence, etc. to the place of beginning...containing 29 24/100 acres of land...according to a survey thereof made by Gardner A. Sage City Surveyor on the 13th day of November 1848. And also trhe northerly half of said Richmond avenue in part of this above described premises subject nonetheless to a public right of way ober said avenue.' Gardner A(very) Sage (1813-1882) was a City Surveyor for New York,1835 to 1870. Page previously trifolded with some sliught wear along folds.
