Billhead, 5.5 x 8.5 inches, printed in black on white. The Anglo-California Bank was formed by the Seligmans, a prominent Jewish London family. It was managed by Ignatz Steinhart (Steinhart Hotel, Steinhart Acquarium) and Fred'e Low in 1880. The bank became the Anglo National Bank before merging with Crocker National Bank. Very good copy. 3 small holes on left. Dated November 13, 1880, fropm Bank of La Porte, with autograph note re disposal of monies received. Previously folded.
