Typed letter signed with letterhead Cullinan, Hickey and Cullinan, dated February 21, 1940. Letter refers to an expedition Cullinan took to Tegucigalpa (Honduras). Cullinan was a newspaper reporter and editorial writer for the San Francisco Bulletin, 1896-1911, while he maintained an active law practice. Later he was appointed Municipal Court Judge. He wrote 'Preparation for Trial of Civil Action', 1954. Letter is foxed and was previously folded for mailing. There are pencil notations on rear.
