Letter discusses William's recently published book, 'The Book of High Romance: A Spiritual Autobiography', thanks O'Day for a story on the book, comments on reviews of the book in New York press, sales of the book (second printing planned), a critical review by Upton Sinclair about which he has consulted a lawyer to consider a libel suit, and a reissue by John Henry Nash/Tolerton of his book 'Old San Francisco'.
