Single sheet, oblong format, 14 x 16.5 inches. 'This Indenture, Made the tenth day of July...(1832) Between John Bennet and Pauline his wife of the Town of Hope in the county of Montgomery of the first part, and Robert Power, of the Town of Halfmoon of the sum of Two hundred Dollars...assigns for ever, ALL the one undivided eleventh part of that certain farm or Lot of Land situate in the Town of Halfmoon and County of Saratoga Bounded as follows, on the East by the lands of John Strachn and Jacob Smith deceased and on the North by the lands belonging to the party of the second part, containing in all one hundred acres be the same more or less being the Lance farm which was owned and occupied by Samuel Powers deceased at the time of his death.'
