The three first editions have the original color illustrated titled mailing envelopes with them and Strike and Queen have the 4-page promotional card. The first editions are fine. The envelopes have wear and tears at the folds and corners. The other three later editions are very good in illustrated brown wrappers. Each of them is signed by (Robert) Easton, noted Hollywood actor, voice coach and collector of humor and regional linguistics.
