Morrow 446, Holmes D69; neither reference mentions a jacket but Morrow notes a half-morocco box with label. Not in Goldstone & Payne. Probably the first Dutch edition. Half black cloth with cream colored boards stamped in gold illustration on the cover. A very good copy in a dust jacket with loss to the spine ends not affecting text, and two scotch tape repairs on the verso. Former onwer's name in ink on the front free endpaper. Very scarce in the jacket.
