Autograph letter signed on letterhead of Julian H. Biddle, Attorney & Counsellor at Law San Jose, Cal., dated Dec. 19th, 1904. Addressed 'Dear Mama.' Letter discusses work being done on property and individuals known to both and a pending case against Wm. Bowden arising in the Henry Walker estate. About 200 words. Julian Hiester Biddle (1874-1953) read law in his father's office and was admitted to the bar in California in 1898. He practiced with his father until the death of the latter in 1902.
