Two Volume Set. 404 pages (Volume 1) + 194 pages (Volume 2). A catalogue of the Chinese paintings held by the University of Michigan Museum of Art. Volume 1 is the main catalogue and includes both full color and black-and-white facsimiles of the catalogued works. Volume 2 contains the notes section of the text, with smaller black-and-white facsimiles for reference. Bound in heavy paper, with a slipcase of heavy cardstock. A very good copy of this two-volume set in a very good slip case. Volume 1 has very minor fading on the front cover, as well as a 6-page section with some buckled folds, not affecting the legibility of the text. Slip case has some shelf wear. Still a very nice copy of this beautiful set.
