Harry A. Bliler, (1907-1918). Trade Paperback. Bliler #1366. Image shows the PALCO mill . Harry A. Bliler (1877-1921) was a photographer, born in Minnesota. He moved to California between the 1900 and 1910 census. He lived in Santa Cruz in 1910 and in a tuberculosis sanitarium in 1920.
